I enjoy walking with Leslie Sansone because I watch my favorite sitcom for 30 mins and I do the 2 miles and end up burning 200 calories really enjoy it

I also did the same on advice and put 3 kilos back on today I am going back to less calories its worked in the past

Oh good grief this is me I thought it was only me and I had no self control it IS like a drug if I try a little bit I have to have more and more but when I fast I dont eat anything and I am fine. but I dare not fast for more than a couple of days in a week otherwise my loss would be too rapid

I do this and its easy I started with the 1 mile and now I am on the 2/3mile depending on energy levels I found its a 100 calorie loss per mile e.g 1mile 100cal 2miles 200 cals etc.

yes but has anyone come close too loosing what it tells you for example I weigh 81 kilos it tells me if i continue to eat as i am it will be 76 kilos estimated
