I had a trainer I found on Kijiji for $25 hes up to $30 an hour but considering he worked his day around your 1 hour , gas and equipment and everything. I think thats reasonable.

I once went to the Keg and had 5000 calories in 1 meal. It will be ok. Just work out extra hard the next couple days and it will be like nothing ever happened.

Complain all you want, you only had 100 calories left for the day. I ended up with over 1100 calories left over. Its called support.

Sounds like hes being supportive to me. Earlier the wife wanted to get pizza at 10pm. I told her if she wanted to be stuck at her weight for another week thats her choice but it wasnt going to bring me down.

Im Canadian too. Had 2 Thanksgiving dinners, didnt behave myself. Showed up as 4lbs extra even though thats a little blown up right now I expect to spend the rest of this week working it off. SW 291 CW 282 Doubt I will make it now unless I spend 24 hours in a steam room.

I dont recommend the low carb lifestyle but my favourite low carb item is cheese. Specifically cheese kurd unfortunately its rediculously expensive(at least here in Canada).

If you eat fairly clean you will lose 2-3lbs a week doing this. After you drop some weight you will need to pick up the intensity to maintain the weight loss.
