Coca Cola would amount for the most calories and Pizza for the 2nd. I now keep the small 100 calorie cokes on hand for when I need a fix. Honestly its an addiction. The other is pizza I love cheese and pasta and meat and garlic and the smell and everything about pizza.

Usually the only meals I have that are 500 calories are a single bowl of oatmeal. I eat a lot but I work for it in the gym. Everything that tastes good is so bad for you :(.

When I am hungry late at night now I grab a glass of water 90% of the time that deals with it.

All the cardio equipment I use I input the machines numbers into MFP. The one I seriously mistrust is the weight lifting one. I usually divide it at least in half.

I used to be able to crush a 12 pack in a day no problem. I now use light apple juice to quench the craving.

A month is a long time, are you checking for other changes such as inches lost, strength-endurance gained?? Sometimes gains in muscle (which weighs more) offsets loses in fats so the scale can be discouraging.

I punish myself when I go over. I have to work off the extra calories. A few times thats been 1000+ calories. You dont want to eat ever again after youve done the stair climber for 45 minutes. If you overate you and gained a couple just use it as a tool. Your metabolism will be in high gear, eat well and and work hard it will be back off in not time

I do the same thing as you jazz, however I have to be awake all shift. I wish I would work out here with all the spare time I just end of playing video games. Being here bymyself makes it easy to stick to a decent diet.
