I have been on the Depo for 3years. I asked my Dr about weight gain and he told me what it does is increase you appetite so you have to ask youself if your eating because you are hungry or just eating. I was just eating.

I catch myself doing the same thing. At first I thought I was going crazy but it also keep me check. I keep track monthly on a calender but on here if I notice a weight loss for more than two days I record it. I like watching the number of pound lost move on up!!

I weigh in on Tuesday mornings (my last day before work so I know if I slacked on my weekend) first thing in morning with nothing on.

Do you have your meals and snack on a schedule? That has really helped me and I am not eating after 11pm (or 4hrs before you go to bed. I bartend and don't usally go to bed till about 3am). I am 28yrs old and started this journey at 209.4. Today I weighed in at 199.06!! I would love to follow this forum and meet people who are also trying to better themselves and now there is somewhere I can go to get help when feeling down, or somewhere to go when I have success stories to share!!

I also was having the same problem, and my doctor recommended take SMOOTH MOVE tea before bed. I works great and I feel way better.
