I have the fitbit zip and it works great. I wear it all day while at work and it tracks all my walks and activities during the day. The HRM is good for workouts but not all day use.

The only true way to find out is to have it done professionally. I have a scale that measures BF% and it has me at 22%. Both the Army and Navy tape tests have me at 17%. http://www.armyprt.com/apft/online-apft-and-body-fat-calculator.shtml http://www.healthcentral.com/cholesterol/home-body-fat-test-2774-143.html#accurate…

If you want to count it and have an iPhone, not sure if it is in the android store or not, download an app called Pedometer GPS+ free. It measures your speed, distance and calories burned, based of your current weight. That or buy a fit bit but those will run you around $100.
