I'm naughty if it's on a weekend, if not im good on my birthday and have a naughty day on the weekend after!0

I eat "bad" whenever I feel like it. birthday's aren't my thing, so it wouldn't make me any more likely to do so.
But if its your thing, go for it. It won't do any damage in the long run.
Happy Birthday!0 -
I had totally planned to my last birthday. The plan was cookies and cream ice cream cake with a crap ton of hard liquor along with a movie marathon but I ate well and got in a workout instead.0

I eat WELL on my birthday. And I try my best to make sure ice cream cake is in the equation.

If you're eating healthily all the time, then one day matters not in the grand scheme of things. Enjoy yourself, and then get back on track.0

I ate over 5000 calories on my last birthday.
Big double meat subway, chocolate, crisps, 3 course pub meal etc.
However, I kept my -1000 calorie deficit by burning 6000 calories with a 12k run and 80k cycle ride .0 -

Not a big cake person, but if I can't have birthday pie-a-la-mode, I don't want to have another birthday.
Life is going to happen. It doesn't always come with salad and chicken breast. Thank God.0 -

I allow myself to eat stuff I wouldnt normally eat.. I would try to go for a walk to feel better about it, or work it out tomorrow
Dont sweat it, enjoy your day, and happy bday!0 -
Enjoy! It is only one day, and one day will not destroy all your hard work.0

personally this year i was totally good on my birthday, i stuck to my plan, this is really only because its february and i was so sick of the over indulgences of xmas and new year etc. i dont think there is anything wrong with having a day off for your birthday or for easter or for any reason. Just remember this is a plan for a lifetime, not a small journey, it has to be or the weight comes back, and as such you will need days off and things to look forward to. Anybody who unfriends you if you enjoy your life is not worth being friends with. Enjoy your journey0

If you don't, then you don't know how to live!!! :noway:

I try not to reward/celebrate with food, to break bad habits, so ate healthily on mine.
(Saying this, I also elected not to count vodka calories for the day, since I burned them off by dancing!)
