Have you been into apps on mfp. If not go into apps, scroll down and click on the fitbit then click on connect accounts (not sure on the wording but it means the same)

You have to link the accounts and it will work for you.

my sync is not accurate. On the fitbit website, it copied the food info over from here.
But what shows on the fitbit itself as far as calories burned, steps taken, etc, is not accurately reflecting on the website or the mobile app,
  • Thanks for the comments. I've linked my Fitbit with MFP, and the Fitbit adjustment does appear in the exercise page, but with no data? Can't figure why?

Got it finally! After you install their program, an icon will appear on the bottom of your screen labeled "Fitbit Connect". Click on it to sync for the first time. Here's the manual link for the Fitbit One: http://help.fitbit.com/#product_one Sorry, I don't know how to connect the link directly.
