I did try WW and lost 45 pounds , so I agree it works. But it can get costly .I like this program very much. I tried this back in 2011 but had to many issues going on in my life so I came back in Jan 2014. Good luck to you.

You need to get away from the scale ...once a week try every Monday right after you go to the bathroom and don't look back. You will drive yourself nuts weighing 2 x a day. That's what I do anyway ..one time a week. Good Luck!

Agree totally make up your menu at least a couple of days ahead ..you are more likely to stick with it.

I only weigh once a week and I do that on Mondays, in the morning after I go to the bathroom .Never do it at the end of a day ..that's when you have retained fluids and ate your meals . Hope this helped .Have a great week

How much do you think you want to lose? 115 is a very good weight for 5ft 2 isn't it ? Are you drinking water? Are you doing any walking ? If you drink sugary drinks eliminate those maybe that will work. Good luck!

I actually do not weigh everything but I was on weight watchers and kind of` go by theirs like 3 oz meat size of deck of cards ,when having a bagel a large one size of dvd , potato average ..tennis ball . I do my pasta and veg.. anything by 1/2 cup or 1 cup I use my measuring cups , it's very easy to go over by saying "oh…

Hello I am new also back to the program and have lost 7 lbs. so far ..but 50-60 more is needed so little goals at a time.
