Net calories

I was set at 1400 and then I recalculated and it put me at 1200 a day ,It seems very hard to due my daily journal at 1200.How can I change it to 1300? Or is a matter of making better choices? This is my 10th day on program and I have lost 7 lbs. so I know it's working and I'm feeling great about that. I was 206 not I am down to 199 .Could probably use a little motivation from some of you ,would appreciate that a lot. Since I am a beginner.

    You can manually reset your goal by going to Food > Goals > Change Goals > Custom

    If you're using MFP's default goals, did you choose to lose 2 pounds per week? Most people do but it may be too aggressive for your body. If you have less than 100 pounds to lose than you might reset it to 1.5 or even the recommended 1 pound/week.
