that is so so true... glad someone is on the ball with this one....small framed myself.... i so look off being bigger... and i don't feel healthy or well when i am bigger... My BMI is normal for my height... don't you just love the way the clothes fit when you feel your at your perfect weight.... ::)) Its pretty hot...

Not true what so ever.... for some people it does work kicking up your metabolism but for some not. I find if i have breakfast i am so hungry all day(super hungry) and when i don't eat i am not hungry at all during the day and i drop weight fast and keep it off. Read Eat for your blood type... totally true...

i was so bad at that... i completely stopped.... lots and lots of herbal tea.... lots and keep yourself busy with stuff....haven't snacked in 2 months at night, once you stop it get easier and easier everyday....
