sooner is better. If you leave her waiting she will think you aren't interested and will therefore be uninterested in you

I feel really accomplished when I make it under my calorie goal. It's a big deal for me since mine is only 1200!
-
you can if you want. weight loss is 90% diet (according to a fitness podcast I listen to)
-
mine is at 1200 =/ I find the most effective ways to keep from being hungry are to eat LOTS of low calorie foods so you can fill up on them.

just get caffeine free tea, that's what I do. Tastes exactly the same.

wow, I doubt anyone considered it, but I actually just don't like the taste of the crust on this bread. Generally I do eat the crust. Just trying to get an accurate calorie count.
-
I cut it off because my limit is 1200 calories a day, so those little bits add up

Your dark hair and light clear skin contrast is lovely, especially with red lips!

same, I just get so tired of dieting

I'm a bit scared as well, but it seems like for different reasons. I want to look good, but I don't enjoy being "checked out". I'm also scared of gaining it back after all my hard work.

it was pre-rolled puff pastry. I found it at the grocery store near the butter and biscuit type things. I like it because it's a sheet of dough, so I cut it into sections and then I stretched it a good bit and was able to make one sheet cover the entire pie and still have 30-40g to toss. Awesome since the crust is the only…

anything that is sealed in packaging definitely won't be a problem. Just the liquids you gotta watch out for. If you are worried about it there are usually stores after security

it easiest if you just don't restrict yourself from having what you want. For example, if you are going to have a doughnut, you may want to choose lower calorie options for lunch or snacks to help even it out. Being deprived will only make you want it more and then you'll go nuts

I'm 5'0 and never been less than 110 in my adult life (and that's with HARD work!). Generally I'm between 120-130, but I like being 115 and my goal is 110, but honestly I just want to lose the body fat
-
I will be getting the weights to start tomorrow and will take measurements then as well, for now I am 5 ft 128 lbs now goal 110 start 135 if anyone is similar please add me!
-
what weights should I use to try this?
-
I said sedentary. I am abroad and walk to classes and everywhere, I just don't want to say lightly active if it's not. I listed my goal as 120.

Depression can absolutely drain your energy, and you definitely sound depressed. That leads to sleeping all the time and lack of motivation, which makes the sleepiness and depression even worse! You've got to try to get out and get moving. I recommend seeing a doctor also, could be a thyroid condition. Good luck,…
