  • My apologies, but what is the term "Cutting"? There are still a lot of terms/abbreviations here that I'm not quite familiar with yet. :laugh:
  • I have ramen every now and then. It's fine to have, but that would mean to have less sodium later in the day. If you're not about that life (And believe me, you're not the only one!), then maybe a sandwich with some vegetables? It doesn't take long to prepare, it just sort of depends what you put on it.   • I try not to eat more than 400-500 for a meal. Your calorie intake is higher than mine, so that would be different for you. Maybe 450 a meal? Somewhere around there. Then, whatever snacks or anything else you eat.
  • Everyone is different. Calorie intake usually depends on your athletic level. I am sedentary aswell and try to eat 1000 calories at the LEAST (Not saying you should, haha.   • Don't be nervous! I have the same issue. There's this one chinese food place that I go to sometimes, and it's only in my town. It's not on MFP, so I just count it for Panda Express or something. Just try to count whatever may seem accurate.
