  • I have ramen every now and then. It's fine to have, but that would mean to have less sodium later in the day. If you're not about that life (And believe me, you're not the only one!), then maybe a sandwich with some vegetables? It doesn't take long to prepare, it just sort of depends what you put on it.   • I try not to eat more than 400-500 for a meal. Your calorie intake is higher than mine, so that would be different for you. Maybe 450 a meal? Somewhere around there. Then, whatever snacks or anything else you eat.

  • Don't be nervous! I have the same issue. There's this one chinese food place that I go to sometimes, and it's only in my town. It's not on MFP, so I just count it for Panda Express or something. Just try to count whatever may seem accurate.
