Some helpful replies thank you. I only started tracking on here again about 10 days ago that's why there is limited data available. I decided to go for a few beers last night and ate a pizza, about 700 calories over for the day, I don't feel bad about it, quite happy I did it actually. I feel I'm worrying about it too much…

Jeez, I'm seriously not feeling like eating anything more than I'm currently eating and do not relish the idea of stopping exercise either! But if this is what is stopping me from losing then I think eating more is the option I will take as I love exercising now
