all strictly from diet and exercise 5-7hrs a week (Cardio, Core and Weights), cutting out junk food, soft drinks/cordial and cutting back considerably on coffee

all while retaining as much muscle as i can and keep toned, so far it's been a rollercoaster but generaly nothing but good, haven't gained back anything significant and there's definate toning in the visible muscles and a large deficit in the abdomen0 -

I am maintaining right now, while recovering from a hysterectomy. Once I am able to exercise again, I *may* try to lose another 4 lbs. I think I'll be happy as long as I don't go over 130 pounds, though.
