    *If there is anyone else trying to lose specific body fat I'd love to connect. I have noticed it's a different kind of weight loss when you are trying to specifically drop body fat*

    I had always maintained around 125 for the past 5-7 years until I got pregnant last year. Baby weight is hard to get rid of, especially the older you are!

    Unfortunately I think a lot of us can relate to that one!! I started losing a bit of weight prior to that, but this past year post separation/divorce gave me that added incentive! The first few months were the hardest, I had absolutely zero appetite, and forced myself to eat "something" just to get through the day - that period ended, and then I had to make the decision to continue on the path so I could be healthy for ME. :)

    Even when I was at my lightest I was never really toned, I want to be slightly more than toned now, I want to actually have muscle without looking like a body builder. :)

    I feel and look more miserable now than I ever have. About 4 years ago I went from 174 to 150 and looked and felt pretty good, so I know 150 will work, but 140 would be fabulous!
