At Christmas/New Year's this year, I was back up to 215 and that heaviest weight was staring at me. It created a great amount of fear for me. And tears. Especially after I saw some holiday pics.
Took a few months before I finally did something about it. And then another month and a half before my scale started to reflect my dedication to this lifestyle change.
I'm hoping to reach my goal weight by late spring of 20140 -

At my lightest I was 145, but I was super muscular because I was a dancer. Now, 5 pounds away from my lightest weight, I am nowhere near the shape I was in when I was dancing. So I plan to lose the weight while weight training, and play it by ear once I am happy with how I look and feel.0 -

Really, I stay around 145, give or take a few pounds, at any given time. It seems my body does pretty well hanging in there, and I'll lose or gain 5 pounds, depending on stress, activity level, and training. I'm fine with the weight part, so long as my performance athletically doesn't suffer.0 -
