Yes it made me sore! It is a nice change! Like that its just 20 mins total including warmup and cool down! Of coarse u can make it harder by the more u put into it! Or easier by being confused as to what moves to do as i was the first day! Lol

Its funny that u should say this! I lost 95 lbs not counting calories, and then i discovered my fitness pal and im obsessed! Idk if i could go back to not counting! The excersise the hrm the diet...etc..im crazy about it! I dont blame u for the break! Best not to rely on this, altho i am now! Ugh....

Finished week 3 today! I did it! Realized the music i listen to helps get me pumped, when im listen to a song thats just ok...it seems like 3 mins is forever! Some bodys such as mine will just have extra skin! I lost pretty quickly tho! And gained just as quickly! But my advice, lose sllllooooowwww...and excersise!

Jillian michaels dvds are short and workout the top and the bottom! 30 day shred is like 28 min total. Does strength, cardio and abs. Then the kickbox fast fix, is 20 mins! Then there is 6 week six pack thats about 35 mins total! Focusing on abs! I just moved up in time, and got no more truble zones which is about 50 mins…
