I burned 325 after a 60 min walk! Fast walking for me over a bridge! I was impressed that walking could burn that much, it was so easy and peaceful to!

I log but have sedetary settings, my dogs dont get walked that often cause i just let them out the back door so they can run around and play! But today i took em and used my hrm and logged that! Plus i like to throw in some jogging intervals!

Ive done level one, which was intense, and then the second time i tryed it i did one and three! Three wasnt as hard! It is literally all together 20 mins, and you will have to get used to the moves....im having a hard time pushing myself hard when i dont know what im doing! I tend to stop and watch them do it to much!

Any grocery store ive seen has em, but only in packs of four! I go to sams club and get em in 24 packs! Mmmm

Good job! Ive been going often to treat myself to the icecream cones, im addicted! Its so hard to drive by one, when i have the extra calories and not get one! Love them! Low fat and carbs!

Oh meeee too! Im addicted! I got 30ds in december, now have 6w6p, bfbm, kickboxing, and today bought no more trouble zones! Its sooo nice mixing things up and picking what im in the mood for each day! Idk if its recomended but figured it cant hurt!
