Ok so my results for w3d1! It didnt wear me out at all. But but but...ohhh my word my calves where dying! I was bearly what u would consider jogging cause they hurt so bad! Maybe cause i havent done it since last friday, idk? But man....my poor calves and shins! But i bearly probaby lifted my heart rate! Ran so slow! Lol

I was 155 before i started this bought of meds, celexa, trileptal and haldol. Mine is horrid! It will only be corrected by plastic surgery! My tummy has whats called adipose tissue! Ive lost 95 lbs! From 250 to 155! It is really stretchmarked out hangs folds buldges etc...i hate it! And it is time to save for a plastic surgeon! Lol....and my arms have a hang too....

Second that! The adidas and nike my husband got me, have a small like logo on the sleeve. Or the front of the shirt, very small and discrete!

For the most part i just have some comfy leggings and a tee and some shoes. But my husband has been buying me full name brand work out outfits. He gets adidas running shoes then a nice adidas outdit to go with it. Last weekend he got me a nike one! I think im getting spoiled cause i love them! But the pants keep falling…

I log my calories burned from warm up to cool down. So after i cool down im done and take it off and log that! Its only like a 10 min difference u go there, why not! Id log it! Either way it was burned!

Yes being constipated does adde weight. It does for me anyways! Ive been at a plateau myself and put on some weight. Maybe its time to change ur diet? Like add some more calories or take some away. Im starting to eat back my excersise cals that i previously wasnt doing. If that doesnt break it i may up my daily intake.…

I do EAS ADVANTEDGE premade shakes from sams club. They have em in reg stores but only four at a time. Sams u can get 24 packs. The chocolate is the one i get. And yum! Easy convieniant! 110 cals 17 protien 0 carbs!

I had seen results and only did it a few times a week as well! I also road my bike here and there too. But i am completely un active for the rest of the day! It not only helped me ride my bike further. From 3 miles to 8 i also could use a harder gear and i lost a pant size! Woohoo. That was just from doing level one!

Sw: 250 Cw:155 Gw:145 atm, if i ever get there then i may take the goal down some. I have alot of skin tho from being so heavy and baby and such so i probably have 10+ lbs in skin. So 145 is like 135! Woohoo! Now to get down there. At a major 2-3 month plateau!

Ya u will see awesome results. The scale disnt go down for me but i had recently bought a size 12 jeans before i started and needed to go down to a ten in no time after i started! And i dont doit every day...i did it maybe 2-3 days a week at first!
