Wow never heard that workingout early causes hunger. Cause that does happen to me. I be starving during the day when i work out early! Idk if its just me or it really is true. But i always heard the earlier the better! I have no clue why tho

^^this^^ but i have heard to stick with it as well and it eases up on the 3-4th. Day! I am allabout resting really sore muscles tho! To avoid injurey!

It really is! It embarasses me. I mean im doing great eating for me anyways, and excersising like ive never excersise before so proud of myself and gaining muscle im sure. But the scale goes down like once a month now and days and then right back up! Waaaaaaa.....hehe

I have an array of her dvd's i do a different one each day! Im not on a program like workout i just do em and switch em up to give me new things and i dont get bored. I move up in levels when i am either bored with the level or feel ready! Its working for me! I tryed level three and it was to hard so went back to level…

The kickboxing one is awesome, it is as hard as u wanna make it! Its only 20 mins thats including warm up and cool down!! It had me so sore the next day! Has three different workouts, each focus on different things,

Thanks lol. I looked it up online said 1/5 of a medium alvacado was 50 calories. I felt it was medium. But i guess not. Weighing is a problem for me. Im usually a measurer not a weigher. Dont hAve a scale atm
