Day idk what...but level 2! lol...did it sweated..but didnt burn as many calories today as normal? I wonder why. Is it cause i didnt work as hard or is it getting easier. I felt like i worked hard as always! Hmmmm....

Ya me to, so i did my c25k! I felt it was easier then the others i have done. But i didnt really know what i was doing so didnt push as hard as i could have..like the front two girls on the video...and i only had 3 lbs weights unlike the 8 lbs she suggested! And it was hard to pivot on carpet...so not to much lower body…

Im not sure. I didnt hear her say that or read it, but it is 3 different workouts and she specifys that each one focuses on something different, so u may wanna do them all at the same time, or switch during the week or do one for 10 days then the other then the third...i guess its up to u! I probably will do it like i do…

Dont buy banish fat boot metabolism, it was like 45-50 mins with warm up and cool down! It took forever! I was used to the 20-30 mins ones..what a difference 10 mins makes!

Ha i run at 4 too....when i entered it into Mfp and seen it was a brisk walk i was like..uhhhh nooo..... I started doing c25k 2 week day 2 , tough but im doing it. I wanna learn to run too! But it is at 4!

Ya i do! Like the other day i went over in my calories but was like ...ahhh its all good, i walked around the mall for like an hour and went grocery shopping....so in my head it was ok!

Wake up around seven...have two cups of coffee. Take meds. Eat breakfast. Then work out....then protien drink.

I have the same question, i put sedetary, cause although i do work out almost everyday, i dont work and im on the couch on this thing the rest of the day and i sleep alot. I figured i would go by what the majority of the day is. Good question tho

Redken all soft shamp and cond for itchy scalp, teatree oil. Either paulmitchell lavander mint tea tree shamp and conditioner, or just add a few drops to ur shamp and cond!
