Just did the new kick boxing one! Was nice, not to hard but u can definatly put way more into it then i did! Lol.... Burned a good 220 calories! Woohoo!

Just did my first day at banish fat boost metabolism, WOW i was not expecting it to be so long, it seemed like forever, but i did it and was sweating bullets! And burned 390 cals! Nice! Great for one excersise days! Tomorrow, the new kickboxing one! First time too!

The scale moved down!! Woohoo, ive been excersing like crazy with jillian michaels and bike riding, and nothing! Well inches i am sure but frustrating, then added c25k last week, and i already see results! My muffin tops went down and i lost a pound, after a two month plateau! Woohoo! Cant wait till tomorrow, jogging time…

Did w2d1 today, and i had a Nsv....my pants kept falling down, and i coulda swore i wore them at least once last week without any problems! Woohoo! It wasnt so bad, at first i was like What!!! I got this, then it got harder and harder, but i did it! Woohoo!

I weigh every morning, but idk that thats best, it just keeps me on track everyday, and reminds me how to eat or how not to eat!

My week one, with c25k by zen labs, free, was five mins brisk walk, the intervals of 60 sec jog to 90 sec walk...for 20 mins and then a five min cool down. I could do it but it was a work out!

U know what ive noticed improving the most, those V flys....i think its called. Squat and raise the arms with weights in a v like fashion. Ohhh my i could hardly do it at first now im nearly getting it to eye level everytime! Woohooo

At the gym i went to, i didnt see that much, some wore the longer ones that cover the belly but have the bra built in, most wore tanks or tee.s. althoughu appear to have the body for a sports bra, maybe go in a tankone day and see what ur gym is like then u can do as uplease, or just do u and forget about what others may…

I just got polar ft4 at target cause i was impulsive for 93$ i would def recomend not doing that and getting it on amazon, but i love it so far!
