I eat dinner at 4-430. Not for any specific reason, i just go to bed early for the most part. And i dont work, so i make sure its done and ready at 4ish....i 90% of the time dont eat anything after either before bed.

Ive been on mfp for a little more then 10 weeks, never came near to the goal, but ive been working out and eating well, and feel my stanima and stregth increasing, its discouraging that im not loosing, but whatever.....

But who am i to talk i just downed a serving of jelly beans! My sugars are always high! I eat alot of fruit too....

Wow sounds like so many different ideas! To wet the snaps or just the opposite side..hmmm.....cool that its all waterproof and u can swim in it!

I do that! If i know im doing something naughty that day, i will eat as little as possible, but still eat work out and get busy when time is right! Idk if its wrong but it works for me!

Ya ive been practicing on upping my calories, i wasnt doing it for the longest and was at a plateau, so been trying..

Makes sense. Just weird cause i can ride a bike 8 miles or 50 mins, no biggy but train to run, by walking with short intervals of running, for 30 mins and im sweating bullets...crazy!

Well ive been pretty hard core for two months! Well hard core for me! Consistant! Just never ran. I drink a gallon of water a day! But thanks for the advice, i will see how i feel tomorrow if i get a chance to do it again! I felt fine, until a few hrs after! Got mad weak..and HUNGRY!!!! And need i remind...sick!

I love it with pine apple or strawberrys that i cut up the night before, sweetened, i use splenda but u cAn use anything, then in the morning 1 cup of strawberrys and a half cup of cottage cheese, and a little more sweetner...yum

I do it maybe 3 days a week. Its just part of something for me to do, i toss between that 6w6p and riding a bike. I noticed results doing it like that within a few weeks. Works for me! Depends how fast u wanna see results i guess.

I just started c25k by zen labs today, loved it! I am sweating like i did a jillian michaels dvd! I love that!
