Love love love them, tho she is a bit irritating. But her workouts have heeded great results with me, highly recomend her! Im alternating both 30ds and 6w6p atm!

Ya when i first did it i was sore for days! Its a great workout! I love floor work, it doesnt kill me!

Oh it just gets worse...lol. Lots of weird complicated pushups and lots of pyrometrics i guess u call it, jumping...i dispise jumping, cause i have alot of extra skin and very big boobys...and everything just bouces....it seemed more cardio and ab work in 3.

The 189 is what it said when i researched calories burned, but i put it under circuit trainin and it says i burnt a bit more. However i feel like i burnt a million cals with all her workouts!

U know what im worried about. I dont have one but want one, i am worried that when i put it on it will tell me i burned way less calories then mfp says i burned and i will get discoraged.and quit working out as much. However doing some excersises i feel i burn wayyyyy more then mfp says and maybe a hrm would be a positive…

I do cottage cheese and fruit or a chaboni yogurt in the morning. Eas advantedge pre made chocolate fudge protien shakes after excersise. Turkey and cheese at lunch. And a piece of meat for dinner with my carb n veggie. Gets me thru! Hopefully helps u with some ideas!

Thanks for the warning! Dont plan on starting it anytime soon but...lol. I did do 30 ds level 3 today and about passed out and vomited. My stomach was in knots for a while. Super scarey! Wont be doing that again for a while either....

Did u have to adjust ur settings so ur phone doesnt shut off? Cause i know my phone goes to a locked screen in like seconds, or does it keep working even in this way?

Story of my life...sigh...not just from loosing weight but always. I dont understand it. My drs told me to take myrilax. But i try natural stuff...but besides psylium husks which u have to down a million everything else seems like u cant take it every day....

I think i would prefer outside for most of the yr, but im in florida and it gets pretty hot here. And the fact that my husband isnt comfortable with me running where we live....stinks

Yes very true. U know whats sad, if just 2 yrs ago when i was heavy someone gave one to me. And since i never used it i passed it on to someone else. Now i sooo want it bk. sigh.... Love used things in decent condition for way cheaper then retail prices!
