I suffer from schizoaffective disorder. And ptsd. Ive been in remission for 3 yrs with flares. Ive been correctly medicated since then, i also am a addictaholic whit eating issues.

Ohhh my word. My dumb behind tried level 3 today, i was soooo not ready for that. I feel like im gonna vomit and pass out. Wont be doing thT for a long while again. Wow....not good

Whenever i decide not to excersise i loose weight....i did this when i first was on my journey and joined a gym, i was at a stand still. I stoped going and down the scale went. I bet if i stopped working out again the scale would go down, but i wouldnt be getting in shape. So im keeping at it!

Wow walmart has a great selection, thanks sooo much. From like 150-over 1000$ they even have a bowflex! I see the brand u bought they look like a great machine! Thanks!

I gained as well. But believe i lost inches. I was told to eat back my excersise calories which i hadnt been doing, so have been trying that the last few days. Nothing yet...will see! I was down to 154 and went up to 156/158 ....sigh...but i feel more tight and belly went down, pants fit looser...etc....i think i gained…

I have knee pain as well. With squats, lunges...high knees, i just run around my living room instead. The squats and lunges i just dont go down to far. I just modify everything. Just keep it moving and ur still getting a work out.

I wont be doing level 2 when most of u do. Im not doing it hard core every day. I just do it for a "class" like feeling. I dont go to the gym and love taking classes. But aint gonna spend all that money on them! But im excited to read ur comments! I may actually try it! I hope there isnt more side planks! Lol

I lost 95 lbs. still have more to go. But my belly is discusting. All skin and droopy saggy. Stretched mark out. Only way it will go away is surgery....sigh

Im 5'4" i started at 250lbs im 154 atm down 95 lbs. my calories are set at 1250. My goal atm is 145. I would love to be lower but.... I came to a platuae with all my working out this last few months. Idk if its muscle gain, but many say to eat more calories cause i wasnt eTing my excersise cals. So i upped them a few days…

Veggie tray id a great idea, but do lowfat dips. U could do organic multigrain tortilla like chips and salsa or hummas?

Jillian michaels has some short dvd work outs and u can get them at walmart or target for a decent price...one at a time. Rather then these expensive ones where u buy alot.
