  • Go to sleep. Lol. Or eat low fat! I get this way at like 2/3 pm. So i eat lunch at 12 and then snack when i get outta control then dinner at 4 and im usually ok till i go to bed. If i get hungry again i have a vita top at around 6/7!
  • I got a scwinn from target. I like scwinn. But that may be one u dont like cause its from target. Its a beach cruiser tho.

  • Keurig dunkin donuts so far is my fav flav. But think imma try to find the green mountian fair trade columbian. Low fat milk, 2 splendas, and a bit of non dairy creamer light. I know horrid, but.....
  • Did today! Woohoo!!! 2cd time this week. As u may have read, i alternate with other excersises....6 days excersised this week, most yet! I just hope i keep it up. And dont get burnt out! It was easier for me today, pushed harder, and didnt need as many breaks and as much water! Woohoo!
  • Mine will only go away by surgery. All just extra skin, that probably wont ever tighten. So ive been told! Sigh....
  • I either do a chicken or turkey sandwich with cheese, light mayo mustard and low fat bread. Or a healthy choice! I like healthy choice cause they have veggies!

  • Ya about the same amount of weights in level one, cans would be great! Planks are like pushups, but u dont go up and down, and hands are directly under shoulders!

  • I drink a gallon of water a day, plus 2-5cups of coffee! And i feel the water is the main reason to my 95 lbs i lost! Woohooo
  • So was at a gain of 3 lbs for the last two months, guess u could say a plateau which sucked. Ate 1200 give or take cals. Started excersising lik ive never excersised before....and nothing. Was getting pissed. So been told to eat more. Which killed me i hated hearing that. Its been like 2 days of pushing my self to a break…
  • Congrats on the mile run...i know isnt it crazy how just a few days at this dvd has helped to stregthen u in other areas. It used to be a chore to ride my bike 3 miles on the easiest gear. Now ive gone up one to more resistant gear, and i can ride 7.5....woohoo. Love the tape. Just getting the mind set to get up and do it…
  • Hi haru!!! I to dont do it all that often each week. I alternate with 30 ds and bike riding. Im not doing them like they say i should, i just use them as a good work out, like as iff i took a class at the gym! Ill never have a six pack cause i lost to much weight and to much skin....and i dont plan a tummy tuck any time…
  • The side planks? I cant do those. I just do a reg plank instead and twist my knees in from side to side like on 30ds level 2.

  • So far after 95 lbs, its been clothes and victoria secret and just recently a sweet work out outfit from adidas...my final goal is a pair of sweet expensive jeans....if i can find them in my short length anyways! I hate long jeans! Im not tall at all. They make those expensiveones for models! Lol....
  • I log everything, and if unsure of the amount of calories i go with the higher of them. Or an average. Like if u dont know what brand dressing u ate but know its fat free french, type fat free. French and i would use the one with the most cals. Just be careful in knowing how much u used. Best to dip ur salads into…
  • Hi, i lost 95 lbs not excersising hardly at all. Maybe a mild bikeride every now and then. Just low fat, small portions, eat several times a day, and lots of water. It can be done, add walking and thats even better! U can do it!
  • No i cannot fast forward either! It is annoying but i use that time to jog around my living room and start my time then, u get a few extra minutes added to ur total!
  • I do this maybe 3 days a week, ride my bike 30-50mins and started 6w6p, and i alternate about five days a week with the three, some days one of those, some days two. I have seen great results in how my clothes fit but nothing on the scale. I hve lost inches tho.

  • Thank u so much, i think ur right! I def see that i can ride my bike wayyyyyy longer, and the way im doing my work out videos have improved. I do believe im building muscle. Cause since i had to go down in jean sizes. Woohoo. I am letting the scAle rule my life i guess. Obsessed. I tellya
