  • I JUST ACTUALLY ATE A BLUE BUNNY ICE CREAM VANILLA WITH CHOCOLATE COVER 110 CALORIES NICE SUMMER TREAT. I ALSO LIKE THE WEIGHT WATCHERS SNICKERS ICE CREAM BAR FOR SUMMER 150 CAL. I EAT THE 100 CAL. SNACKS FROM KEEBLER AND POP CORN OR PRETZELS. DEBBIE
  • WOW VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!! i HAVE A TON OF WEIGHT TO LOSE AND I HAVE LOST ONLY 1 1/2 A WEEK SINCE THE BEGINNING SO ENJOY THE LOSS. I HOWEVER DID NOT PUT EXERCISE INTO THE MIX BUT AFTER YOUR SUCCESS STORY I THINK I WILL. GREAT JOB!!!

  • Im not sure if you mentioned this in the note, but I would go have some bloodwork done at the dr office fasting. There are people who have thyroid situations or metabolism or other factors that will keep your weight the same. Research the easy first. Good Luck Debbie

  • I actually got on this site and go on it many times during the day and read what other people like yourself experience. I also love the friends i have made and the encouragement they give. My hardest part is exercising. GET LOTS OF FRIENDS!!!
  • THERE IS ALWAYS A DIFFERENCE WHEN YOU USE A DIFFERENT SCALE. BUT YOU BE TRUE TO THE ONE YOU USE AND DONT WORRY ABOUT THE OTHER ONE. YOU WILL BE FINE

  • I have always gotten a bad sinus headache even when i just walk. I drink a lot of fluid but still i get a headache and it is really stuffy and nasty.
  • That was great!!! Thanks for your favorite things. I use the brita as well and try to fill the largest thing i can with ice and drink it without thinking all day and then at night fill another one up and do the same.
  • I count it as my water as well. I add the ice tea to 25 ounces and count it as 3 cups
  • I do not own a scale for that reason. I go to my dr office close to the house at first every 2 weeks and now once a week because if i focus on what the scale says then the ups and downs will make me nuts and it is easy to get off what you should be looking at the food and exercise. Put it away!!!
  • You really have to drink the water start slow and then add on. If you take time to walk or do something then you will drink the water for relief.
  • I actually go to my dr office once a week since i live close so naked wouldnt be an option. But it sounds good to me. LOL Debbie

  • I do drink Diet Coke maybe 2 a day because I like the taste not because I use it for weight loss. So I say if you enjoy crystal light or diet soda then drink it in moderation. If you are using it for weight loss then drink water or something else better for you. Debbie
  • My husband does it all the time with my kids. If they dont finish he will pick at it or eat it and then tell me it is going to go to waste. That is because he grew up with the mindset that there should never be food thrown away someone should eat it. It is a really bad habit to have. Just throw it away.
