What an amazing change!!!! I think I might copy down your work out!! I need to loose a ton more weight, but I've started "running" it's mostly interval. Anyway, I'm thinking that once I get more into a solid routine that on my "rest days" I'll start some sort of lifting routine. Yours looks like a good one! Keep it up!

Yes, they are totally worth the sugar, which as you pointed out is natural sugar. They're naturally sweet, so you don't even have to add sugar when you use them in things. Try roasting veggies. I can get myself to eat almost any veggie if it's roasted. Although, I do love almost all veggies and fruits (even brussel sprouts) I don't like tomatoes or onions.
