Try some strength training, lifting weights three times per week can change the tone of your body even if the scale doesn't move. Clothes fit better and even may go down a size without the scale changing. Plus the effects of muscle use can last 2-3 days after the event occurred where cardio effects last only as long as you…

It sounds like you could benefit with some professional help to deal with the stress and unhealthy food binging. I would recommend a counselor who could help address both of your issues.

I was blindsided by it, devastated, and couldn't eat because if I was thin enough he would come back. After months, I realized that he wasn't coming back no matter what so I took a hard look at myself and decided it was me I…

I am a health care provider and I have prescribed this medication a lot with the healthy eating and exercise discussion with the patient. I am sad to say that the long term effects of the weight loss don't stick around. You must have all the good habits in place so that when you stop the medication those habits will carry…

How are your non scale victories such as your body fat measurements, and your waist, hips, chest, thigh, calf measurements? How do your clothes fit? Those can tell a story as well.

Find a new gym. Mine is not like that at all. I go for the free weights and other non cardio equipment and the free cross fit classes they offer. No cardio indoors for me unless it is the elliptical at home.

Do not eat back your exercise calories if you want to lose weight. having said that, eat back the calories once every 5 days so you don't feel like you are starving your body to death.

I did it in June. Next year I am going all out in a costume of some sort. It is more of a party, a few ran but most people walked. I would also get more color bombs than I did to get my team more colorful, or figure out how to make them myself.

I love my elliptical. I burn more calories and feel like I get a much better leg workout on it then I ever did on my treadmill.

Never skip breakfast. Maybe you are hungry at night because you aren't eating enough filling stuff during the day such as fruits and vegetables. Also step away from the carbs at night and eat a protein source instead.
