  • Thanks girls. We are in the US. She has had the mammo and ultrasound and the doctors are concerned. i touched the lump and its very big and hard. Its not like it cant be felt yet. She has one on each breast with one being larger and next to the lymph nodes.
  • You look a lot slimmer for 171... I am at 179-180 and still look very fat. If inly I could look like that with 8 lbs less. This motivates me to work on getting down to 170 lbs.

  • Ok...so this morning I am at 180.5. Had I skipped TDay maybe would have been more. At some point during the month I was at 179. I just want to see 175 to feel successful at this. This week I am skipping my usual mini bagel with my coffee..my coffee I now drink without cream. Hopefully that will make a difference this week.
  • You look fabulous and inspiring. Congratulations....50 lbs is a lot of weight to lose. The longer it takes you to lose it, the more permanent it will be. Keep posting your progress pics.
  • My stomach bounced right back after I lost the baby weight. The stretch marks improved with the years (mine were really bad compared to yours). They are barely visible now. Concentrate on doing about 100 sit ups at night and you will see great improvement.
  • That is so inspiring. Your body looks great...nice and toned. I am at 180 lbs. desperately trying to get to at least 150 lbs and it seems impossible. It is motivating to see photos like this. How did you do it?

  • Wow..this has really motivated me to lose the extra lbs as I hate my big fat feet. I am now wearing a 10 and 11. I used to be able to wear a nice comfortable 9.5. My feet are long though so maybe the 10 and 11 are the extra fat..I hope so. Also walk very uncomfortable with shoes on because they swell.

I went to the gym yesterday and worked out with my trainer for 30 minutes, then minutes on my own and in the morning hiked for an hour and this morning the scale went up again to 183.   • Today was the first day without the mini bagels and blueberry spread...it has been a habit of mine for a very long time and it was ok not to have it...my total calories were reduced and today i finally saw a reduction on the scale.

  • I didnt do so well on the scale..gained 3 lbs. probably the weight training..hope to do better next week.
  • I think i will skip the mini bagels and blueberry spread this week. I have been eating that in the morning out of habit. Maybe I'll start just having the coffee with the creamer and eventually give up the creamer or vice versa...give up the creamer for now. I think this is where most of my bad calories are coming from.
