Did you lose the jowls?
I gained 25 lbs last year and it seems like with those lbs I also gained jowls. Is this something you lose when you lose the weight or do I have to go under the knife in order to get rid of them?

The sugar challenge for New Years

Not seeing the scale move
i have been tracking for the last 3 months. I have gone up and down and the last up was when i went on vacation in mid September. The scale showed a momentary gain to 191 lbs.. Should I be worried about extra protein?
