Should I be worried about extra protein?

Even though I stay within my calorie count, i always seem to go over my limits on protein by half my totals. I don't even have a lot of chicken or fish portions and very rarely eat meat. I like eating non fat greek yogurt and have at least 2 a day because it helps my stomach. I also like to put cheese in my egg beater omelette.
