    1 Container Vanilla Greek yogurt
    1/3 serving Quaker Natural Granola Cereal
    33g honeycrisp apple
    Sprinkle of cinnamon
    1 bagel thin
    1 slice cooked ham
    1 slice american cheese

    1/4 banana
    1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    3.5 oz Chiobani nonfat plain Greek yogurt
    1/4 oz pecans
    1.5 TBS protein powder
    drizzle of honey

    Mix it all up and microwave for about 3 minutes and enjoy!

  • I made the banana and egg pancakes that were mentioned in a recipe thread some time ago. It was my second day of making them. I freeze bananas when they get too ripe, so I took one out last night and left it in the fridge to thaw.

    Scrambled it with one egg, 1/4 c. of quaker oats, about 8 walnut halves, cinnamon and nutmeg. Then I fried the pancakes in Pam in a non-stick skillet. Put butter and real maple syrup on them.

    It doesn't need much syrup because the banana is already so sweet. I am really pleased with the way these pancakes came out.

    Oatmeal made with water, containing bananas, raisins, & cinnamon! I only have it three times a week, but it's my FAVORITE breakfast. I eat egg whites with toast & veggies on other days. :flowerforyou:

    handful of walnuts
    1 tbs honey
    few shakes of cinnamon
    and black coffee

    We had oatmeal topped with 1/3 of a granny smith apple sauteed with a bit of coconut oil and 1/2 tbsp of real maple syrup. It was my first time making it, and I'm in LOVE.
  • 1/4 cup of ground flaxseed, mixed with 2 tbs sweetened shredded coconut and 1/2 cup milk, heated. Most days
    I have either two small sausage links, or a soft boiled duck egg. Tea every day with on teaspoon sugar, times 2 cups

    are you all using yogurt as subs for water in your oatmeal or do you just add the yogurt as well?

    1% milk

    1/4 cup edamame
    Sf maple syrup
  • Muesli and Sheeps milk yoghurt (with lite milk) and a protein shake :)

    ....But looking forward to my 'weekend' brekky because I'm going to have toast, one with vegemite and one with PB&J!! hahah So excited!

    are you all using yogurt as subs for water in your oatmeal or do you just add the yogurt as well?

    I actually use the almond milk as a sub for water and add in the yogurt as well. I like my oatmeal thinner than average I would say.

    Oh, and I guess I should clarify that the coffee doesn't go in the the oatmeal, lol

    Green Smoothie:

    2 peeled kiwi
    1 banana
    2tbs fresh aloe gel
    2tbs chia seeds
    1/2 avocado
    1 c. coconut water
    small hunk peeled ginger
    1.5 c swiss chard

    I split this with my husband and it was DELICIOUS! Super creamy and not too sweet. So good.
