I have been starting and stopping now for a while and I realize that the only time I see a weight loss is when I log in every single day. I started this time right on Thanksgiving by logging in whatever I ate and I exercised a lot that weekend so between Thanksgiving and the following Monday (4 days later) I went from 197 to 192. Now from that time to now I have only managed to go down to 189 as of this morning..but it has been up and down (192 to 190 then up to 192, then down to 191) Kind of got stuck between 189.5 and 191 and this morning finally saw it go down to 189. This is such an emotional roller coaster. The tracker will show 2 lbs loss because I started in 2011 at 191 lbs. and have been up and down since with this year gaining 20 lbs due to a serious family illness and having to stress and worry about it.
I am 5'7 and my measurements are 42-32-44, I am considered "thick" and hate that description. I want to get to 150-160 and that would make me look and feel much better. I went on a date on Saturday because the man insisted that I meet him right away since we were getting along so well on the phone and I think he was disappointed that I was much heavier than my picture (it was a face photo) He was probably not so disappointed because we did have chemistry and we sealed the date with a kiss...but because he hasn't called me I am taking it personal and think its because of my weight. I really wanted to wait another 30 days and hopefully lose another 10 lbs., but he insisted and I went and now have to deal with the rejection of a 2nd date.
I need to follow through this time and log in and continue doing yoga and hiking. I know it is possible as a lot of you have done it and I see the results. I am following a 1400 calorie diet with 3 days of yoga and 3 days of hiking 2 hours each time.
Thank you.
