2 lbs in a day is normal fluctuation. To truly gain 2 lbs you would need to eat 7000 calories above your actual needs. This is just water weight or constipation. Please don't starve yourself.

are you strapping it up underneath your boobs? That's what worked for me

I can only stand the texture of skim milk, otherwise I'd be all over 2% or full fat for the fat content to meet my macros.
-
Yep, I'm starting over again too, but this is so doable! You've done it before, now lets do it again!
-
Congrats! Keep up the good work!

I know what you mean by skinny girl syndrome, I'm the same way. Give yourself time to grieve and then move on with this awesome journey. This is my second time around losing weight too.

Hi I'm 41, single mom to one. Lost 46 lbs back in 2012, gained it all back, and am now restarting my journey more determined than ever. I am also an emotional eater, but I've gotten it under control in the last couple of weeks.

Welcome back! I am also returning after a 2 year break wherein I gained back all the weight I had lost. This time it's for good!

I'm a night shifter. I go to the gym on my lunch break (we have an in house gym here, very fortunate). Every second night is lifting, then the days in between I either take a long walk after work or do some cardio in the gym or have a rest day. I track my calories from 12 am to 12 am. I limit what I eat during the day to…

You can add me if you can stand what my profile says about me, lol.

Im using a natural whey product. Organic and non gmo etc. Doesn't matter to me its just what I picked up at the time but a product like that might interest you if youre concerned about chemicals
-
Are you taking whey protein? Switching from a whey concentrate to a whey isolate solved the problem for me.
-
I walk the dog on the pathways around the neighbourhood. Beautiful view of the mountains and I get about 8500 steps or 6.5 km done in an hour.
-
I'm a night-shifter so I do most of my eating at night. Oh noes. As long as it fits your calories, eat yo.
-
I like having lots of friends on here. Particularly anyone funny, pro-lifting and anti-broscience. Keeps my feed interesting in case I get banned from the forums lol. Add me you mofos!
-
Didn't you post this exact same thing last night?

Holy crap that is way too low. I eat 600-900 in a meal and still lose weight.
