I use a power block also :) I find that I have the hardest time with shoulder exercises. With lower body I cap off at 25 lbs each side because otherwise my quads get too big. This is really having me think I need to get a heart rate monitor! I am convinced that I should be burning more calories during the strength training workouts than what MFP says.

Thanks for the feedback! As she is only nursing once or twice a day I think I'll just leave the calorie settings where they are.
