I'm up at a little before 4:00 am and usually get downstairs to start my workout by 4:10 or so.

Embrace being single b/c when you finally think you've found the "one" he ends up being married w/ 3 kids and romancing about a half a dozen other people that you're not aware of! Not that I'm speaking from personal experience or anything!

I'm a stout lover as well!! Young's Double Chocolate Stout or Left Hand Milk Stout are 2 of my favs...along with a good ol' Guinness as well!!!

When I want a beer I go for the real thing b/c I want to enjoy it! I'm a stout lover and wouldn't trade my thicker/darker stouts for a light/low calorie beer at all!

My first focus was weight but now I'm concentrating on gaining muscle and losing BF! I've come to realize that losing fat is much more important than losing weight!

I'm in the same boat. I do everything at home alone and am worried one of these days I'm going to get pinned under my oly bar. I've been eyeing some squat supports on amazon but haven't pulled the trigger yet. I think it's inevitable though if this is what I want to continue doing.

I find that I can run so much farther outside than I can inside! I like to give myself visual goals that I need to get to instead of staring at the same darn thing. Definitely prefer outside!

I got up to 135# 25x's w/ the StrongLifts program. I quit it to do something else at the moment but plan on getting back into lifting again here shortly. My goal is 200# so we shall see.
