The website link is really useful. But what do you put for the time for each of the work outs? As it's 40 minutes in total the video, but it's not really because there are a lot of breaks.

I'm vegetarian too, do you mean how to keep up your protein? I find even reaching MFP's level hard to get to.

How are you guys logging insanity on MFP? I don't have a heart rate monitor, so I just put in 20 minutes of circuit training every day and use whatever MFP says for calories.. Usually 154 calories. But for cardio recovery I log it as 20 minutes of yoga because it's very easy.

I was a non-runner and I managed to complete it, now I run every other day 30 minutes. I still don't feel like a 'runner' as I don't feel these happy emotions you're supposed to get during or after. That was the toughest one for me... My calves and lower back have been aching for days since doing it. I just finished cardio recovery, it's helped the pain sort of but I feel like I haven't done much working out and need to go for a run or something.

When I go running, there's a lot of pedestrians and they smile at me, but the thing is I have just ran up a hill or something and I am trying to catch my breath so I can continue.. I don't smile at them because it puts me off focus taking deep breaths.

You're not a vegetarian or a 'semi-vegetarian', you're a pescetarian. If you eat fish, maybe eat some more fish and that will up your protein. You could also try quorn, eggs, cheese, tofu, spirulina, beans, nuts.
