They suggest 3-5 lbs on the DVD, I think. So it will be ok :) I'm not living in my country at the moment, so I am using filled up cola bottles... :/

As for logging, search "circuit training" on exercises and just put in 20 minutes, and Myfitnesspal will estimate how many calories you burn based on your weight. A lot of people do this for 30 day shred as it seems to be more accurate to judge how many calories you burn.

Personally I have to eat mine back, otherwise I'd probably faint every day. My daily goal is 1200 calories and then with whatever I exercise off, I'd be absolutely starving and malnourished. And it works - I've lost 24lbs so far, not put on 24!

That's awful - being told you are fat really hurts your feelings, so why do it over Christmas? I get over the New Year as it's a time for change, etc. But Christmas is about being nice to everyone!

It does burn more calories to walk in heels because you are trying to balance, walk differently, using different muscles, etc. But it also depends on the heel, i.e. walking in stiletto heels burns more calories than a lower heel. I drink a lot of coffee every day. I usually drink skinny lattes so with semi-skim milk. I've lost 23 lbs and I still drink coffee. Just be careful about what you put into your coffee and count the calories for it just as you do with food.

Haha, I just wear my running clothes while I work out! And I'm using 3 lb weights.... I reckon I do the chest flys wrong because I feel literally nothing when I do them, they're incredibly easy and I just hear Jillian going: "I could always use a good chest fly in my life" and I'm just like, err why?
