I have done my calculations:: 1455 BMR 2260 maintenance 1921 = 15% of maintenance 466 = do not eat back (anything over 466 then eat the remainder to net 1455) I shall see how I get on with this...I have currently been eating between 1900 - 2000 a day so its not too disimilar - but I like the different calculations...look…

I totally agree with this comment...the repetitiveness is horrendous!!! (when you move on to a different DVD but,....no, its the same bloomin exercises in the majority of the DVDs) it really dumbs down the whole box set. Hence I would welcome any suggestions for good books, Dvds or Youtube videos anyone could recommend :))

I brought mine two years ago. I changed the battery yesterday for the second time since purchase and it no longer works. I know two years is a long time but, I would have presumed it would have lasted longer than this!!!! It is a great scale though :)))

I have just increased my calories from 1500 to 1850 and will be eating up to 2100 on lifting days.
