Hi Debs, I know what it can be like when you have a little one to care for. But it is normal to gain through pregnancy so don't worry just try and take plenty of walks as part of your cardio (15-30 mins is good). You need to have a good amout of calories (especially if your breastfeeding). Just don't cut your calories too…

Hello, |Im 5'6, aged 37 and I started my weight loss at 189lbs with 36% body fat. I am currently 150lbs with 27.3%bf but, I aiming for 130lbs and 21% bf or thereabouts. My exercise regime is mostly Strength Training with occasional Cardio and lots of Walking.

I watch my calories and occasionally glance at my protein and fat intake. As Im eating healthy foods (fats especially) Im not worried about being over the other nutrients.

Count me in...I have recently stashed my scales up in the attic to curtail myself from jumping on it daily; so a weekly (Sunday) weigh-in works a treat for me.
