Hi Ladies .... I will be participating in the 3-Day in November in Dallas. I will be walking in memory of my cousin and very dear friend in passed in September of 2013. I'm starting from the Couch (per se) to 60+ miles in 3 days.

Yay Peep! We have all gotten off to a good start and will be hitting January 1st motivated and on the right foot!!! I'm off to take my overly-fluffy dog for a morning walk. Funny ... I guess pets really do end up like their owners. Guess that means she's going to lose some weight too. :laugh: Y'all have an awesome day.

Yep, I climbed my Fluffy self back up on the wagon last week. I had the little speech with myself as well and told myself that there is no need to wait until the first of the year - January 1st isn't a magical/mystical date that is going to make a difference other than the ability to make more excuses to eat and drink…

Have the FitBit on (Christmas gift from my Honey), and have my head in the game and getting more focused on my Goal - 3+ Dresses and 40+ pounds in 9 months. What goals have you Ladies set for 2013?

Yes Ma'am! I have started the serious journey of losing this extra weight and set a goal of at least a Size 10 dress by October 2013. I decided to focus more on a size for my dress as opposed to pounds to lose.
