I'm actually 5'2 but I decided to include myself in this (: I'm 19 and my goal weight is 105-110 with a BF% of 18-20. I just want to lose a couple more pounds.. Then start focusing on building/gaining lean muscle. it's amazing what a couple extra pounds could do for us short women!

That totally makes sense. You all make good points. I think the confidence thing is probably the main reason.. But I'm getting better! And I'm always smiling so that can't be it. At first I ate what MFP told me to eat.. I looked into it more and the sedentary, moderately active thing threw it all off. It's taken me 3 months to lose 10 pounds.. I'm going on 4 months now and I still have 5 more pounds. It's a VERY slow process BUT it is so worth it. I'm mainly just focused on getting the BF % down, can't rely on the scale when we have such a small amount of weight to lose compared to others.. It's just discouraging.

Ehhh. That's why I hate mirrors. Typically the cheaper mirrors give you the "fat" look.. And it also depends on if your mirror is completely level. But yea it all has to do with the makin of the mirror. &I think you need to replace your mirror (:

Definitely me!! I burn 100-300 cals and I eat them all back, everytime and I also lose around a pound a week! I am so thankful to be able to net 1550 and still lose weight!

There's a lot of controversy over what is better when it comes to lowering body fat.. So I just incorporate all kinds of running. Fast mile, long and slow 4 mile, fast paced 3 mile. just mix it up. As for the times, like I said just mix it up. Can't hurt to do a little of everything(:
