I get it all the, " You don't need to lose anymore weight " blah blah Ignore it & just say " Oh, you think so? " Because it's not their body it's yours! You do what you feel is right!

stick with leafy green foods, move around alot get those calories burning! Take walks when your not doing anything. Anytime your not doing something, do something like when your siting on the couch play wii, go take a walk, dance around. You're really not that bad, you can get in shape in no time! Good Luck :)

started new years and im down 49lbs

gym every other day or everyday & spend a while there doing different workouts everytime you go.. you DONT want to do the same workouts everyday because then your body gets used to it, and you don't lose body fat as much, and do lots of squats, treadmill, crunches, pushups, yoga things like that.

Chobani Greek yogurt waters crystal light water packets fiber one brownies ( 90 ) calories salads lean crusine meals things like that that are light for you

I hear ya! Have a positive attitude to start off your diet.. When you come across bad foods think to yourself " If i dont eat this, think of the positive out come in the long run" Good luck! :D

I don't look at it as attacking, but I did do some checking & 90lbs is a bit to much, Because the average male thats 18 is 170 & losing 90lbs would put me as 125lbs, & thats to thin.
