Good Morning! After one day, I have lost 3#. Now....I have been on enough "plans" to know it is water weight but hey!.....it's a start! I am thankful I stayed well under my calorie limit yesterday and exercised! Today, I have already excersised and am pumped to finish this day strong as well. Have a dinner to go to tonight…
