Yes I just rediscovered my love for rebounding. I don't have any dvd recommendations but there's plenty of YouTube videos. I set my timer for 20 minutes and rebound in the morning and evening. It's day three and I feel great and am sleeping great! Best of everything to you.

Bring water with you and bags of nuts or other healthy snacks to eat in the car in between errands and holiday visiting.

Psylium husks work great. You will have great poos. Just drink plenty of water with it. (Not psylium powder...get the husks)
