I have it as well. Anti-depressant/anxiety meds like Prozac and Zoloft are typically prescribed. I really enjoy my breakfasts with egg whites. Sometimes it'll be an eggwhite sandwich with ham and light mayo on either low cal toast or a fiber english muffin. Others, I'll have an egg white omelet with mushrooms, ham and onions. They are both so delicious and satisfying and still under 300 cal and 3g of fat!

It worked for me! The first month on my fitness plan I lost 12 lbs. The second month the scale just wouldn't budge the first 2 weeks. How long have you been on this lifestyle change? I just see several days on your diary. I would recommend eating every two hours by incorporating healthy snacks. I've also been eating 1200 calories a day. The first month I lost 12 lbs. My scale has stayed the same or only moved down slightly this past month. I went over my calories a few days this past week and BAM- I lost almost 2 pounds! So, I think I may add calories as well and see how it goes.

I saw a similar post once and a member had some good advice. He said that this is a lifestyle you are choosing to make. If your husband/friend/roomate doesn't want or need to lose weight they shouldn't be forced to eat what you eat or to avoid thier favorite foods. I LOVE Muscle Milk Light in Stawberries & Cream. I mix it with skim milk and it totally fills me up and keeps me satisfied for hours. I buy it online through Amazon so it's cheaper than going to a health store.

I take B-12 vitamins along with Calcium/Magnesium & Zinc. I get PMS and it helps mellow me out and gives me energy. I alternate taking the B-12 vitamins with Hair, Skin Nails vitamins. I have thin hair and those really make a difference.

Today was Level 1 day 2 for me. I'm not too sore but I sure feel the burn while doing it! I like how short the DVD is. Even if I really don't feel like working out, I just tell myself "It's only 20 minutes. Get up and do it really quick." I swear those 20 minutes seem to last forever though! LOL..

I hope that's the reason! I did great all week and when I weighed today I was the same. My "friend" came to visit yesterday so I'm hoping that is the reason for the stall. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will be down several pounds next Friday!

I haven't posted a ton but so far everyone has been nice and incredible supportive. I don't really ever disagree with people's posts. I may in my head but just move on. They will eventually learn what they're doing doesn't work... :wink:

No kidding... I'm fairly new to MFP and I wanted to know how to log 30 Day Shred. I did a search and there was page after page after page. I wasn't about to go through all of them so I just said screw it and logged it as low impact aerobics.

I never really tried asparagus until I got married. My husband sautees them in a pan with olive oil, crushed garlic, salt & pepper. Cook them until they are slightly still firm. So good!
