Can't believe I'm actually doing it!
I have hiked twice this week and I even jogged today (which I detest). My lungs were burning and I was close to tears but I pushed through it. I'm glad I had my hubby there to support me and cheer me on. I'm down 10 pounds in just under a month and I hope to keep this going. 60 more to go! :smile:
