How does it work exactly? Do you do it every day??? Do you do 10 days at each level???0

Some people do it every day, some people do it 4-5 times a week. You stay at each level for 10 workout days.0

I started this this week the first time around I only did 3 days and then christmas and klife got in the way, but this time I want to finish it before my birthday ( I will be 50 the end of feb ). I did day 5 today level 1 and even had the energy to go onto the ellitptical this evening .
I do have to say that I did a sneaky measurment today and have lost cms already - my motivation to keep going.

I'm only on day 3 of level 1 but I LOVE it! You can DEFINITELY feel it all over your body! Noodle explains it perfectly haha I'm really excited to see how far this will get me along with eating right. I feel better working out in my living room then going to the gym. I do have a membership, but with this snow...it's just so much more convenient to hop around in my living room :P Good luck on your shred girlie!

I'm on L1D6 of the shred. My thighs were so sore those first few days. I belong to a group here if anyone wants to join us.

I did day 3 level 1 today (barely lol). I'm taking the day off tomorrow. I know a lot of people seem to do it straight through but I always thought you're supposed to take days off from strength training to allow your muscles to rebuild?0

Today was Level 1 day 2 for me. I'm not too sore but I sure feel the burn while doing it! I like how short the DVD is. Even if I really don't feel like working out, I just tell myself "It's only 20 minutes. Get up and do it really quick." I swear those 20 minutes seem to last forever though! LOL..0

I just did level one day four and as I'm doing it i just want to stop. Afterwards i feel awesome though.0

Just finshed Level 1 day 4. I was really sore the first 2 days, but I'm starting to feel a whole lot better. It gets easier Already lost 2 pounds! Can't wait to see the final results!!!0
