I'm at EOS. However, I hardly ever go. I mainly just walk/jog near my house. Dad Bod, if you want something not so overcrowded, there are 2 in between Nellis and Centennial. One on Losee/215 and one on Aliente/Centennial.

You're welcome to check out my profile. It tells my story. Though, it doesn't add that, since joining MFP, I managed to take off all of the weight that I gained back, plus 10lbs. However, I hit a rut, around a year ago. My workouts became seldom, as well as my food logs. I gained back 60lbs of what I'd lost, this time…

I grew up on rice, sugar, and milk! Our mom would make it for breakfast, with the rice leftover from dinner. It was a poor person's version of cream of wheat.

I'm in an office of 3:00 chocolate eaters. And, I'll admit, I endulge too, when I have the calories to spare. However, when I don't have the calories to spare, my co-workers seem to try to force feed me whatever they're munching on. So, I'll explain to them, "There are too many calories in that, and I don't want to go…

How's the weight loss going? Have you gotten over your plateau yet?

Apples are also a good source of fiber. Dr. Oz also recommended Chlorella, as a dietary supplement. It's a super green food. And, it keeps me quite regular. I love it! I order mines through GNC. But, I'm sure you can get it from any vitamin store.

I hit a plateau that lasted TWO YEARS! I'd lost 120lbs, but still had 80 to go. Eventually, I got frustrated and gave up, gaininng back 80lbs. My doctor told me that everybody hits a plateau at different levels, for different lengths of time. The important thing is to not get frustrated and give up. Especially if you still…

LOL. I don't miss apartment living, for that reason. 3 kids and we lived upstairs. Hard to keep the neighbors happy.

Will do!

I'm all for the long skirts. But, not out of modestly. I have no problem with showing a little cleavage. I actually think the long skirts are quite sexy, depending on how they're cut.

OK. My question is about calorie counters. I track my cardio through Endomondo, and transfer the time and pace to MFP, which lowers my burned calories by about 40%. For instance, endo tracked one of my walks at 979 calories burned. However, MFP listed it as 488. So, which one should I trust? I tend to just go by MFP…

I'm replying just to bookmar this. I had a question regarding calorie counters, which nobody responded to. But, I will get back to you on this.

OK. I'm at 3 lost, as of my last weigh in. So, I need to be at 33 lost by Christmas. That was pretty much my goal arleady. I wanted to lose 30 by my birthday celebration, which is scheduled for 12/21.

Our dermatologist had us using the Cetiphil line, along with the topical steroid, when needed, for our oldest. Just switching to the Cetiphil was a HUGE help. He hasn't had a breakout in over 10 years and hasn't used the topical in almost as long. When Neosporin came out with their eczema line, I tried using that on my…

Mine were the first to go, when I lost 120lbs 6 years ago. Which I thought was funny, since they weren't the last to arrive! However, once the rest of my body caught up with the weight loss, I was proportionate again.

I started at over 300. My goal, for now, is 240. My doctor's goal, for me, is 160. I have a ways to go. But, I have faith it can be done and the weight can be kept off, this time.
